Less Stress Please !

Hello loves! I hope you are doing good! The year is almost over and there is alot between work/school, staying in shape, and taking care of yourself! So much to do ! But it is always a good idea to relax in the middle of this madness!

1. Sleep Well and Better

It is important to have an nice rest everynight eventhough it can be hard with all the responsibilities that we have. A nice tip can be to sleep and wake up early so you get a nice rest but also you get more productive with time in front of you.

2. Meditate

Meditating before starting the day is an amazing way to de-stress as it puts the body in a peaceful state of mind; you will feel very calm and relaxed.

3. Journaling

Journaling really helps you to put your feelings and goals down and gets you to know yourself more! All you need is a notebook and a pen and your life will be changed!

4. Music

Listenning to music just makes everything better ! It makes you feel energetic, and ready for the day. Creating a morning playlist is a nice way to get your day started.
